We were a select bunch of Commonwealth Scholars from across number of Commonwealth countries invited at a meeting organised by Association of Commonwealth Universities and hosted by Queen Mother at Palace in London. I found Roopa an accomplished team player as well as an astute leader during the discussion. She held a great global and humanist perspective besides being a good singer! Those traits are evident as she is serving the humanity through various social organisations as well as she keeps her creative trait in having a wonderful ‘food blog’ bringing best of ‘nutritious delicacies from rich resources of Indian-global kitchens’ to the aid of ‘fast moving moms and others
