Roopa and I met at Katzenbach Partners in 1999 where she and I were consultants 5 and 6 respectivelyly. I had the opportunity to work with her several times over the next 4 years and have maintained contact as she rose to senior positions in HR at Pfizer and BlackRock.
Roopa is very thorough and detail oriented, but she has a very strong sense of people. She sees the emotional subtext of conversations as well as listens intently to what is said. She diligently studies business issues liike innovation and change nand integrat6es new ideas and concepts into her work.
I can highly recommend Roopa and would welcome any opportunity to work with her again
